If right in this moment you are rushing or saying to yourself I’ve got too much to do then you need to take a moment, go outside and watch the clouds go by. Really watch them. Then think about what’s beyond those clouds and how there is something bigger. Now take 5 deep breaths. Tell yourself that you have more than enough time to do everything you want and need to do. Now go back to what you were doing. It all starts with training the mind to come back to the present moment. It is in that moment and only that moment that change can happen. That is all.
